Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

All the products from Bharat Karigar go through quality checks before being shipped. However in odd times, if you want o to replace, return, or cancel, the product, we are happy to help.

You can return the products within 7 days of delivery. Being fair to our artisans, all products are not made eligible for returns. These include Products that are customized, ‘made to order’ Please check the shipping information and make sure that the product is eligible for return.

Note: Product color may differ slightly due to different camera or light environment. The product is eligible for return only if it is damaged/wrong product delivered.

Replacement Policy:

​

  1. Items to be returned should be in the same condition as delivered.

  2. Returns will be accepted only in original packaging.

  3. Any product damaged, altered, or, soiled will not be accepted.

  4. Make an unboxing video of the product. (It is a must)

  5. Cancelation requests are to be made strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

What you have to do?

 Initiate request: Place a cancellation/return/exchange request by writing to us at ayushi@bharatkarigar.com or                     WhatsApp us at 6360318275

  • Once we check the details, we’ll approve the request. We promise this won’t take more than 24 hours.

  • We’ll get back to you by an acknowledgment of your request through the mail and process your request.

       Reverse Shipping  

  • Once the return/exchange request has been approved, we will email you details about the pickup date and time. 

  • Typically, pickup will be attempted twice by the delivery company, in case the delivery company is not able to pick up even after two attempts, you will have to courier us the product

  • Reverse pick-up service is provided by us at most of the pin codes. Only in select few cases where the reverse pick is not available, you would have to courier us the product. Worry not !! in such cases Rs 100 store credit would be added to your account which can be redeemed on your next purchase. Please use a reputable service that provides tracking services. Mention your name, order number, and Bharat Karigar" clearly on the package so that your return can be processed smoothly without delay.​

 

Refunds:

  • In case of a return, the refund will be processed only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product. You can either get:

  • Store credit for the same value of the returned product. This can be redeemed in full value on the website. These credits lapse at the end of the calendar year

  • Refund back to the source. The source is defined as whichever payment method you chose while completing the transaction at Bharat Karigar. Refund will reflect in the "source account" within 5 business days of receiving the product back, subject to the approval of the returned item. Overall this should not take more than 15 days from the day of approval of the return request placed by you.

  • For COD returns, funds will be refunded only to your store account. You may choose to apply these funds at checkout at the time of placing your next order with us.

Exchange:

  • In case of an exchange, the new product will be dispatched only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product.

  • Once we receive the return shipment via reverse pick-up or self-courier, it will be inspected by our quality control team, and an email will be sent to you to acknowledge the receipt of the returned item.

  • The exchange product requested by you will be sent out to you.

  • Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.
